I have moved many, many times since I was a young woman. Bill and I together have lived in so many different homes with our children I have lost count. Each time I have been sad to leave the place we made into a home. No matter how quirky or imperfect. Each home had something to love about it. The 200 year old cotton wood trees in the front, the view of snow covered mission mountains that turned cupcake pink in the twilight. The cozy chair in the corner. I am a woman who is moved by my senses. I also, thankfully, can usually find the bright side of things more often than not.
In all these years and places that have changed, there is one thing that is constant. Love.
It is what has made each place truly a home. A safe place to land.
There is a spot on Bill's shoulder where I rest my head, right below his chin. That is my HOME.
Link up your creations at OLW to play along. I would like to give away some exclusive Cocoa Daisy Stamps this month. I will randomly select a wordster that has played. Comment here on this post after linking to OLW for a chance to win both these stamp sets.
