I have been so crazy inspired by my Pinterest finds. Just so much color and beauty. The trick is, to spend a little time there and then turn off the monitor and MAKE SOMETHING, instead of just pinning for hours on end.
I don't usually watch tv or movies when I scrap but for the past week I have closed the door to my little room and while creating, was watching the Harry Potter films from start to finish on my imac. Guess who ended up cramming into this tiny little room with only one comfortable chair? Conner and Jameson. It was so fun watching the movies again and in order. How I love Harry Potter.
I need another book obsession. Not the twilight series. I tried and just couldn't feel the love there. Someone suggested The Hunger Games? Any other series you might be loving? I want to get lost in a book. It's cold and snowy and my cupboard is stocked with tea. What are you reading?

Beautiful creations! Hugs!!
A good friend of mine just read the Hunger Games series and she loved them. :D
You HAVE to read the Hunger Games. They are amazing!
Also, The Disreputable History of Frankie Laundau Banks is another good YA novel (very YA, but it's so feministy and wonderful).
These are AWESOME!! LOVING the vintatge feel to them....and I have also heard the Hunger Games are amazing! :):):):):):):):):):):):):)
i'm reading 'the quinn brothers'. nora roberts, but i love nora roberts so.. she's not for everyone i think? LOL.
Yes to Hunger Games! Absolutely.
I just started the second book in the Game of Thrones series. I love that they are long, and there are several, so I don;t have to worry about running out of things to read.
Hi Denise!! I remember you from Sis! LOVE those pages!!!!!
YES! Speaking of time limits.... I have this scrapbooking "friend" that I'm somehow following on Pinterest that has almost 32,000 (yes that's thousand) pins. My question is... is there a prize for having the most pins that I'm not aware of? Also... how on God's green earth can she possibly do anything creative with all of that? Is there even any time left in the day after the incessant pinning?
I'm confused.... LMAO
Amazing creations. Just amazing.
for sure Hunger Games series - I didn't think I would like it but fell in love, even my middle and high school low reading boys loved it.
Don't get me started on the 'dangers' of pinterest.
